Cockburn Undercover Area Roof Replacement

PRC completed a roof replacement to the City of Cockburn Operations Centre, the area is used as a parking area for the City of Cockburn fleet.

Works comprised of removing the existing roof sheeting and replacement with new Colorbond Spandek roofing. Minor structural elements including replacement of existing bridging and extending out to the fascia. Cleaning rust and repainting the steel work and replacement of existing C purlins. New lighting also formed park of this scope.

 

Works were completed with the use of Elevated Work Platforms and Portable scaffold. PRC worked in closely with the City of Cockburn to deliver this project with minimal disruption and ahead of schedule.
